Fall Prevention System

It is often the case that in private and commercial buildings that the applicable guidelines for fall prevention systems in balustrade areas are not respected (the regulations vary from province to province). We have developed a solution that has been tested and a protective utility model approval issued. Supplied all from one source - no added expenditure at all for you later on. The costs are even more attractive, too, and individual solutions such as with glass can of course be produced. We shall be happy to help you.

In every case, the regulations of the particular Federal province are to be respected. With regard to technical performance, the guidelines are specified in DIN 18056 and the FTB Guidelines (structural components providing security against falling).

To produce your order, we require the following information as a minimum.

  • Bar or securing bar height (D = 338 mm), depending on the balustrade height from the upper edge surface, is specified in the individual regulations. 900 mm is almost always sufficient.
  • With horizontal bars, the desired clear interval of less than or equal to 120 mm is to be maintained.
